Navios Maritime Partners: USD 30m tap issue

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. announced today that it has successfully completed a USD 30

million tap issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond due November 2030. The tap issue

was priced at 102.75% of par (+305bps, ~6.9% yield) and was initiated by a reverse inquiry. The

net proceeds from the tap issue are intended to be applied towards general corporate purposes.

Arctic Securities and Fearnley Securities acted as joint bookrunners, and S. Goldman Advisors

LLC acted as Co-Manager, in connection with the placement of the tap issue.

Shearwater: Announces completion of MC survey

Shearwater has announced that it has successfully completed a 3D marine seismic survey on

behalf of TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited and Matrix Energy on blocks OML 100 and OPL 2010,
