PolarDC: Successful placing of EUR 800m senior secured bond

PolarDC has successfully placed a EUR 800m senior secured bond with a 4-year tenor. The bond

was priced at par with a coupon of 3mE +600bps. The transaction attracted strong investor interest

and will support the financing of PolarDC’s AI-focused data center platform in Norway, including

Navios Maritime Partners: USD 30m tap issue

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. announced today that it has successfully completed a USD 30

million tap issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond due November 2030. The tap issue

was priced at 102.75% of par (+305bps, ~6.9% yield) and was initiated by a reverse inquiry. The

net proceeds from the tap issue are intended to be applied towards general corporate purposes.

Arctic Securities and Fearnley Securities acted as joint bookrunners, and S. Goldman Advisors

LLC acted as Co-Manager, in connection with the placement of the tap issue.
