Meet the Analyst

Dan Levy, CFA, is a Managing Director and equity research

analyst leading coverage of the U.S. Autos & Mobility

sector. He worked on the Barclays U.S. Autos team from

2012 until 2018. Prior to rejoining Barclays in 2022, he

spent four years as an equity research analyst at Credit

Suisse, where he led coverage of the U.S. Autos sector.

Each year since 2020 he has been ranked as a runner-up or

higher in the Extel All-America Research Team survey,

most recently ranking #2 in 2025. He also spent time at

UBS in the Equity Capital Markets group and at Morgan

Stanley in the Private Wealth Management group. He

received an AB in History and Economics from the

University of Chicago, as well as an MBA from the

University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
