guidelines for colorectal cancer (CRC) screening, now recommending GH's Shield

blood test for average-risk US adults age 45+ who decline or do not complete the

preferred screening tests (stool-based tests or colonoscopy). We think this update

to CRC screening guidelines marks the first meaningful change since 2018 when the

recommended age for average-risk adults to begin screening was decreased to 45

from 50.

What does it mean for GH? We view the updated guidelines as a significant –

though mostly expected – win for GH. While we had heard Shield's inclusion was

imminent for some time, we think the news today is still a relief for investors given
