We rate IMNM Overweight. The late-stage gamma secretase

inhibitor, varegacestat, is the lead asset in the portfolio. We

believe its opportunity in desmoid tumors is providing a decent

support to IMNM’s valuation. More importantly, the asset’s

likelihood of success is partially de-risked given the mechanism

of action is already validated. Beyond varegacestat, we also

believe in the potential the rest of the pipeline provides. We like

the attractive optionality and the multiple shots on goal. The

underlying technology platforms (e.g., ADC, radioligand, and

YTD 1m 3m 12m hybridoma) the company has gathered also have potential to
