According to MegaWhat, the Federal Prosecutor's Office with Aneel ruled out the

possibility that the default accumulated by Norte Energia in the transmission

charges of Belo Monte, of R$416mn, will be covered by the other agents of the

National Interconnected System (SIN) through the Adjustment Portion (PA) in the

2026/2027 tariff cycle. For the agency, the court decisions involving the plant did

not authorize the apportionment of these amounts among third parties, nor the

unilateral reduction of payments by the generator. (link)
