Overall end market demand as measured by Home Depot (HD) and Lowe’s (LOW) Equity

comparable sales and BAC aggregated credit and debit card data was relatively stable in United States

1Q26 compared to 4Q25. HD comparable sales increased 0.6% YoY in 1Q26 and HD Homebuilders and Building Products

maintained F2026 comparable sales guidance of flat to +2% YoY. LOW comparable sales

increased 0.6% YoY in 1Q26 and LOW maintained F2026 comparable sales guidance of

flat to +2% YoY.

Plumbing, paint, and decking sales grew YoY in 1Q

Plumbing sales increased YoY driven by a mid-single digit price benefit with mixed
