Ocean Yield, BW Energy, Jadestone Energy, Sono Group, SP Cruises ++ Key figures & indices Arctic HY Index
Ocean Yield: Yielding more than expected
Ocean Yield reported lease-adjusted EBITDA was USD 82.3m (+3% vs ARCe). Net leverage
ended the quarter at 3.8x (Q4/25: 3.9x), while the equity ratio stood at 32 (Q4/25: 30.7%).The key
news of the quarter was the announcement of a USD 100m dividend, to be paid in Q2/26. Our
2026e estimate assumed a 90% dividend payout (USD ~70m), which was clearly too low. Whether
this is simply liquidity management by OCY/KKR, (USD 268m of available liquidity), an advance
payment of the typical full-year Q3 dividend, or a discretionary extra dividend remains to be seen -
and likely dependent on investment opportunities available during 2026. Keeping our Q3 dividend
assumption unchanged (USD 70m), the dividend increases our 2026e leverage estimate from 4.4x
to 4.8x. On the contracting side, all material deals where pre-announced. Q1/26 was slightly credit
negative due to the dividend surprise, although the overall impact on financial risk is limited.
BW Energy: Reduced 2026 guidance more than offset by solid outlook
Q1 EBIT came in at USD 62m, around 15% below consensus (mainly due to lagging estimates),
while net debt was roughly USD 110m above expectations due to a USD 125m working capital
build tied to a lifting late in quarter. The company lowered 2026 production guidance by around 7%
to 24–27 kbopd, mainly due to the deferral of MaBoMo Phase 2 first oil to Q1 2027 and continued
Golfinho maintenance work. 2026 capex guidance was raised to USD 600–650m following new
two new FIDs (Bourdon and Golfinho infill projects).
