a tailwind for Tyvaso's adoption in PH-ILD as well. A current limitation for penetration into

the PH-ILD market is the need for a right heart catheterization prior to patient identification

and reimbursement. An approval for IPF would likely decrease the need for right heart

catheterizations ahead of prescribing, given the physicians will know the end-game of giving

a patient Tyvaso would be the same and that there would be essentially no need to stratify

between PH-ILD and IPF. He believed that this could reinforce the use of Tyvaso across

settings, and perhaps lessen the appeal or growth of Yutrepia for PH-ILD.

On UTHR's Q1 call, management announced that a ralinepag DPI is moving forward in

development (our note here), thus we asked our KOL his perception of this program. He

believed that it was a good idea, and if successfully developed would likely compete with

INSM's treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder (TPIP) as both are designed to be administered

once daily (as compared to the four times daily for Tyvaso). While he did note that 4X a day

administration can be burdensome on patients and less frequent daily administration will

always be preferred, in his experience most patients are looking for the best possible option to
