Dutt served on the management team of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (2008-2020) and worked as

an investment banker for Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers (1997-2008). Mr. Dutt currently

serves as a Director of Aeolus, Essent Group Holdings (ESNT), and Prismic Life Reinsurance Ltd.
