4. ASL. ASL Distribution was purchased by the Fastfrate Group in 2021 and offers supply chain solutions

through its fleet and distribution facilities. ASL manages every stage of the order fulfillment process,

including transportation, warehousing, pick & pack, and final mile delivery.

5. Challenger. Challenger is a TL carrier transporting goods across North America as well as

internationally through its full range of transportation, logistics, warehousing and managed supply

chain services. Fastfrate acquired Challenger in 2022 as a way to access the US market. Given the

challenging operating environment, the company continues to reduce costs in this segment.

6. Precision Parcel & Package Deliveries: Precision Parcel & Package Deliveries is Fastfrate Group's

final-mile logistics division, rebranded from ASL Distribution in 2024 to reflect its growing

prominence in B2B and B2C parcel delivery. The segment manages last-mile delivery across Canada,

serving both e-commerce and traditional freight customers.

7. Omnitrans. Omnitrans is Fastfrate Group's international freight forwarding and customs brokerage

division, acquired in April 2026 to extend the platform beyond North America. Omnitrans provides

customers access to 230 global trade lanes and is a licensed Canadian and U.S. customs broker.

CPKC relationship

Deepening partnership with CPKC. Fastfrate noted it continues to enjoy a unique and deepening

partnership with CPKC, which management highlighted as a key competitive differentiator. The

proximity of Fastfrate facilities directly next to CPKC rail yards gives the company a distinct cost

advantage over competitors, allowing it to bypass the lengthy wait times associated with shared access
