Our view

What are the most material Burberry is focused on reducing its environmental footprint and enabling social

sustainability issues facing this progress as part of its sustainability strategy. This includes areas such as

company? sustainable sourcing of raw materials, waste management, resource efficiency,

and renewable energy sources from an environmental perspective. From a social-

progress perspective, it includes improving quality of life across the supply chain,

improving educational equality, and economic empowerment in rural communities.

Does the company integrate Yes - Burberry's sustainability framework and reporting are embedded into

sustainability considerations into its its Strategic report. It has three main areas of focus: Product, Company and

strategy? Communities. Burberry's Responsibility Agenda is formulated in reference to the

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals framework as it pertains to the three

main areas of focus.

What are Burberry's main Product Cotton, cashmere and leather are Burberry's main raw materials, accounting for

initiatives and goals with respect to ~30% of overall greenhouse gases. In FY23/24, Burberry sourced 56% of organic

sustainability? cotton against a target of 100% by FY29/30, whilst 100% of leather is sourced from

tanneries with environmental, traceability and social certifications.
