that the Federal Government immediately suspend the acts of approval and award

of the reserve capacity auctions (LRCAP), in addition to the signing of contracts,

until the technical and legal uncertainties pointed out about the auctions are

resolved. The recommendation, issued by the Attorney General's Office in the

Federal District, states that there are indications of irregularities in the increase in

ceiling prices, in the competition in auctions and in the definition of the volume of
