Q&A

●First Year Progress: Pleased with progress on Fortive Accelerated plan that was laid out last summer during

investor day. First pillar was faster, more profitable growth. Have shown sequential acceleration in core

growth every quarter - driving commercial excellence and focusing on customer value (these initiatives are still

accelerating). Second pillar is capital allocation - total share repos since spin sit at ~$1.8bn (10% of DWAC). Third

pillar is investor trust: have beat expectations for three straight quarters now through 1Q26.

●Growth Investments: Already had a great portfolio with great brands that play in solid end markets. Accelerating

growth via 3 avenues: innovation acceleration, commercial excellence/acceleration (placing bets in new markets/

regions), and customer value. Have aligned all the brands behind these three growth vectors.

●1Q26 Performance: Strong growth across the board - pleased with both organic growth and margin performance

(despite intentional investments). Will continue to accelerate growth each year, but more volatile quarter to

quarter. Selling days benefit in 1Q26 reverses out in 4Q26. But the "true" line continues to head up and to the
