We are hosting a cardiologist to discuss current/future prescribing patterns for

transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) among BBIO's Attruby, ALNY's Amvuttra

and potentially IONS/AZN’s Wainua (we’ll discuss expectations into Ph3 CARDIO-

TTRansform data expected in 2H).

•• Evolving treatment paradigm in ATTR-CM: cardiologist's perspective on how the

landscape has changed since the approval of Attruby and Amvuttra, and his current

treatment paradigm

•• Diagnosis and screening trends for ATTR-CM and the size of the

market: cardiologist's view on increasing diagnosis and screening trends and how this

could ultimately grow the size of the population

•• Use of BBIO's Attruby and ALNY's Amvuttra and prescribing outlook: patients on

Vyndaqel/Vyndamax, Attruby, and Amvuttra, scripts/month for each, plans for

prescribing each in the near and long term

•• Thoughts on IONS/AZN's CARDIO-TTRansform into Ph3 data in 2H: thoughts on the

trial design, expectations for what would be good data, and expectations for what we

will see in the tafamidis combination group
