Telecom Italia - Completes savings share conversion and delisting

TIM announced the completion of its optional and mandatory conversion of savings shares into

ordinary shares, with 93.5% of savings shares electing the optional route at €0.12 cash

adjustment per share, effective 20 May 2026. The remaining shares will convert mandatorily on
