HEALTHCARE

Solid Biosciences Inc. (SLDB)

Rating: OUTPERFORM, 12-Month Price Target: $16.00, Price: $6.08

Notes From The Road... Could SLDB Be The Golden Tempo Of Gene Therapy?

The Wedbush View: Remain Outperform rated on SLDB. We hosted SLDB management at an investor dinner in Boston

this week. Joining us from SLDB included President/CEO Bo Cumbo, CFO Kevin Tan and Sr. Dir. IR/CC Nicole Anderson.

This represented an opportune time to check in with the company following recent competitive updates and ahead of key

regulatory interactions between SLDB and FDA. Key highlights from the dinner follow below. We come away from the dinner

incrementally positive on the name and continue to see SLDB as one of our top picks for investors with a longer time horizon.

The discussion largely tilted towards SGT-003 in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Bottom line, with nearly 50 subjects

already dosed with SGT-003 and a confirmatory study underway, we see SLDB in a strong position to engage with FDA. Beyond

SGT-003, initial SGT-212 data in Friedreich's ataxia (FA) remains on track for ~YE26 which we see entirely as a call option at

this point.

Hansa Biopharma (HNSA)

Rating: OUTPERFORM, 12-Month Price Target: SEK69.00, Price: SEK34.44

Cashing out on IDEFIRIX Ahead of U.S. Launch

HNSA out-licensed EU/MENA rights to commercialize IDEFIRIX to SERB (private). HNSA will receive €110M upfront plus

an additional €5M upon EMA acceptance of the filing for full approval of IDEFIRIX. SERB will commercialize IDEFIRIX, and

continue monitoring the long-term PAES follow-up, along with the ongoing pediatric study following transfer of the marketing

authorization. The transaction should close within 60 days pending regulatory approvals.
