Presentations we are paying attention to at ERA:

IgAN remains a key focus with the recent approval of OTSKY’s (NC) Voyxact

(sibeprenlimab; APRIL inh), the July 7 PDUFA data for VERA’s atacicept

(APRIL/BAFF inh), and the recent BLA submission by VRTX for povetacicept

(APRIL/BAFF inh).

VERA (Pete): VERA presented positive, highly competitive 36-wk P3 ORIGIN

biomarker data for atacicept in IgAN at ASN in Nov ‘25 – data also published

in NEJM (here). Atacicept in IgAN will be the focus at ERA.
