Speaker Bios

Max Junestrand is the CEO and Co-founder of Legora, a Stockholm-founded legal

technology company building a collaborative AI platform for lawyers. Legora’s platform is

positioned as an AI‑powered workspace that supports legal work such as drafting, due

diligence, and legal research, including integrations like a Microsoft Word add-in and

connections into tools such as SharePoint as described in Microsoft’s customer story.

Junestrand co-founded Legora in 2023.

David Eckstein is CFO of Legora, joining in January 2026 to lead finance, planning, and

operational performance as the company scales internationally. Prior to Legora, he served

as CFO at Vanta and previously as CFO at Menlo Security, with earlier senior finance

leadership roles including OpenDNS (including through its acquisition by Cisco) and Box.

He began his career in equity capital markets and technology investment banking at

Barclays.

Raimo Lenschow, CFA, joined Barclays in 2010 and is a

Managing Director and equity research analyst covering

the U.S. Software industry, including Big Data,

Infrastructure, and SaaS technologies. Raimo has more

than 25 years of experience in Software research and

previously covered European Software at Merrill Lynch in a

similar capacity. Prior to joining equity research, Raimo

was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Raimo

earned a Master of Finance degree (German equivalent)

from the University of Leipzig.
