What are the most material We believe there is no single key sustainability issue for BBUC, but rather certain key

sustainability issues facing the issues within each of the sustainability buckets. Within Environmental, we believe

company? climate change and carbon emissions are material for some of BBUC’s investments.

Within Social, we think improving diversity/inclusion, operational and health safety,

and cybersecurity are key. Within Governance, while we believe that investors

understand and are generally comfortable with the LP structure, some investors

seek to understand multi-unit security structure, relationship with Brookfield Asset

Management (BAM), structuring of deals, and the fee structure.
