present an upward bias to near-term revenue forecasts.

Rapid Use of Pricing & Packaging Levers. Figma has obtained a sizable install base of

users, many of whom are currently on free or lower-tiered seat-based pricing tiers. While

Figma recently made an update to its pricing and packaging plans, additional uses of its

pricing and packaging levers to drive further monetization of its user base could present

upside to the model longer-term, including more rapidly converting free users to paid.

Strong Product-Market Fit for AI Portfolio. Figma has and continues to make

meaningful investments to embed AI across its product portfolio, including with the launch

of Figma Make. Successful product-market fit for these products could help diversify

revenue streams toward consumption-based pricing and democratize its tools to a broader

set of personas, while lending investors to ascribe an AI-related premium to shares.

Downside risks

Potential for Saturation in Core Design Market. Since launching its core Figma Design

product in 2015, Figma has seen rapid proliferation of users in the core collaborative design

tool market and is among the leading vendors in the space. Given its high existing market

share in the core design market, this could present some risks of saturation and challenge

net-new user growth longer-term.

AI-Driven Seat Cannabilization Potential. Historically, Figma has offered its products on
