carriers and OEMs, where Assurant is integrated into retail workflows, claims, logistics,

and customer-retention programs, creating high switching costs and sticky recurring

revenue streams. Management also highlighted significant international white-space

opportunities, continued expansion across multiple growth vectors, and increasing scale

advantages driven by proprietary AI-enabled underwriting, automation, and supply-chain

capabilities that competitors struggle to replicate. Importantly, secular trends including

rising device prices, growing demand for certified pre-owned phones, and carriers pursuing
