Bouygues – Driving savings from Perion AI agent
Bouygues has deployed Perion Network's proprietary AI agent Outmax across always-on
campaigns, achieving a 34% reduction in customer acquisition costs for an FTTH campaign
and a 51% reduction in campaign carbon intensity. The AI agent operates within closed

Sinch – AI agent rollback rates at 74%
Sinch has published a global research report based on a survey of 2,527 senior decision
makers across 10 countries and six industries. The study found that 62% of enterprises
already have AI agents live in production for customer communications, but 74% have
rolled back or shut down a deployed agent due to governance failure. That rate rises to 81%
among organisations with the most mature governance frameworks, suggesting better
monitoring surfaces failures others miss. Enterprises invest more in trust, security and
compliance (76%) than in AI development itself (63%). 84% of AI engineering teams
