VRT stock outperformed modestly on the back of its past two Investor Research Associate

VRT has only hosted two Investor Conferences since its 2020 IPO – one in Jackson Glenn

November 2023 and one in November 2024. VRT stock outperformed modestly Research Associate

on a relative basis (+0-2% vs. the S&P 500) following both past events. +1-212-250-2500

We expect no changes to recently-raised 2026 guidance

In conjunction with its 1Q26 earnings release on April 22nd, VRT raised its full-

year adj. EPS guidance by 5% at the midpoint to a new range of $6.30-6.40.

Management also initiated 2Q26 adj. EPS guidance of $1.37-1.43. Given that it

has only been ~one month since the company updated its full-year guidance and

initiated 2Q26 guidance, we do not expect further changes to the outlook at next

week’s Investor Conference – although we do continue to see upside to rest-of-

year consensus.
