• R2000 Macerich Company is distributing its common stock in a public primary offering. In the offering, Macerich Company will offer 19,200,000 shares of its common stock. FTSE Russell has determined this equity offering satisfies

the criteria for an intra-quarter update. The equity offering will be effective in the FTSE Russell Indexes on May 14, 2026 (after the close).

• R2000 MasterCraft Boat Holdings Inc. (MCFT; R2, R25, RS, V, DF, DY) will acquire Marine Products Corporation for stock and cash. In the transaction, each share of Marine Products Corporation stock will be exchanged for 0.232 of

a share of MasterCraft Boat Holdings stock and $2.43 in cash. The merger is pending both companies’ shareholder meetings on May 12, 2026. Marine Products Corporation will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon

completion of the merger. The style probabilities are expected to change to 6.3% growth and 93.7% value and the stability probabilities are expected to change to 55.8% defensive and 44.2% dynamic.

• R2000 NEC Corporation (NEC; Non-US FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire CSG Systems International for cash. In the transaction, each share of CSG Systems International will be exchanged for $80.70 in cash. The merger was

approved at CSG Systems International's shareholder meeting on January 30, 2026. CSG Systems International will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
